Elizabeth Kneebone is the Research Director for the Terner Center for Housing Innovation. Elizabeth’s research expertise includes the geography of poverty in the United States, and how the built environment, housing, and land use policies shape access to economic opportunity. Elizabeth holds a Master’s degree from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy, and a Bachelor’s degree in history from Indiana University.
