Matthew Arck is an Associate Analyst at the Joint Center, working on projects related to community development. Prior to the Joint Center, Matthew led impact reporting efforts at The Night Ministry, a Chicago-based non-profit that provides street-based medical care and operates four youth homeless shelters. While in Chicago, Matthew served on the Homeless Management Information System Committee for HUD's Chicago Continuum of Care. He previously researched historical migration patterns and urban infrastructure development at the University of Chicago Center for Population Economics, and was an analyst at a private-sector asset management company. Matthew holds an MA in Religious Ethics from the University of Chicago, and a BA in Economics from Macalester College.
