In January 2012, Joint Center Managing Director Eric Belsky presented "What Will Spring Bring for Housing and the Economy?" to the Massachusetts Bankers Association, a multi-faceted banking trade group that represents over 200 banks all across Massachusetts. These institutions, large and small, are commercial, savings and co-operative banks and savings and loan institutions, in every corner of the Commonwealth, and a few are in neighboring states.
